My Bill

I was out of the country from February 29th until March 20th. Was due to be back on the 16th of March but due to Covid-19 we could not leave until the 20th. So I'm wondering why my bill is much more than normal being that we haven't been home to watch it!!!!!!!!!

Yes, you must pay the entire balance (and any late fees) to have your service restored.

We're here to help, @itsshay

Thank you for that information @skeeterintexas

Our ace is correct if services are currently suspended you would have to pay the full balance in order to have services restored.

There are multiple ways for you to make the payment.

  • Online by signing into MYAT&T, you can also make a fast payment without signing in.
  • By phone by calling our customer service line at 800-288-2020
  • In person by going to one of our authorized payment locations.
  • By mail

Let us know if you have additional questions.

Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.
