movies
My kids ordered 16$ worth of movies I didn't know about until I seen it on my bill. I just now put on parental control but is there anyway I can get that off my bill since I didn't know they ordered them?

Click the ATT Uverse Care link in my signature, send the PM, explain your kid's movie situation.
Include your account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply.
No guarantee they'll take them off your account, but only thing you can try. Good luck 😉
