movies

My kids ordered 16$ worth of movies I didn't know about until I seen it on my bill. I just now put on parental control but is there anyway I can get that off my bill since I didn't know they ordered them?

I can think of a 100 different screw ups that they have done on my account  that they say should never have happened and they want to get nasty and snotty about a movie that THEY somehow say was on my account , which is impossible, unless of course one of the seniors in my complex broke in, ordered a movie, watched it and locked the door and left before I got home!  I have NEVER had such trouble with ANY company. This one is just lies and bills and you are locked into a contract of legal theft. Can't wait to build my web pages and facebook page about how horribly this company and service has been. I know if I am having this problem I am not the only one. It is such a pain, I was hoping to keep the service but now they are raising it AGAIN, so as soon as my hostage situation is up I will be switching company's. It is really too bad they are SO poor in the customer contracts/billing/ and communication throughout the company as to what is up with your account. They pass you around to at least 5 people and then I have to call back at least 5 or 6 times every month  for months since day 1 and then they tell me , well it is too late to do anything about it now and we can't give you any refunds for overpaying. If you would have had us do something a few months ago, something could have been done. REALLY? I was calling every month about it, nothing was ever done, they would tell me that things had been corrected but then the bill came and the "bundle" was being billed item by item, not as a bundle YET AGAIN. They couldn't do anything during ANY one of those calls being made since Feb.2014??
