Messed up on bill
Hello, Att customer service reps are rude. Some of their supervisor are too. I called to stop payment from my bank account because I wasn't getting paid on time, and customer service cancelled the wrong payment, and returned money to wrong account. I wasn't even aware of what they did until a couple of days ago, when they shut my service off. I cancelled my service with ATT, I was loyal customer for 3 years, and the customer service I've dealt with this week was atrocious. People calling you a liar, and saying that didn't setup arrangements, or you have customer service reps name Charline setting up unauthorized payment arrangements, when you're just trying to get money applied to bill that was paid with a confirmation number. But too late now, Im with Spectrum, they have better deals and way, way , way better customer service. My advice to Att, treat you customers with respect, do everything in your power to resolve the customer issue, and screen your customer service reps better.
