Login to my AT&T account.

I have both AT&T U-verse internet and DirecTV but when I login to my AT&T account it just goes to my DirecTV account so what do I have to do to have one AT&T account for both my AT&T U-verse internet and DirecTV.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and will be happy to help. If you have not already done so, you will need to create an AT&T Access ID (which lets you manage multiple accounts online with a single login). Find out more on creating the Access ID here.

hi  have been  getting  text messages from directv about paying a bill i DONT HAVE (HAHA)  my last payment  was for $ 80.00 for my last bill for the address 2219 millers run fallen timber rd lucasville ohio 45648  ok i  moved for good from that address april 2 2019 ok well this is june and my service is still on and i have called and told them to SHUT THE SERVICE OFF ok  but didnt happen i get another text for me to pay the bill so i called them and i said i will not pay for a bill that i dont have because since we moved i have spectrum not DIRECTV  ok  on 5 31 19 service still active and man name MIGUEL  said he ll make sure the service was shut off and here is the confirmation # 4015680563 A  plus he said he made a report  about the other workers for att/directv about NOT TURNING MY SERVICE OFF THAT I HAD REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES !!!! ok i get another to pay bill message so i call again ok now service still on and it will not be shut off until june 19th 2019  well i m not going to pay for something i dont have or for someone elses screw ups by the way i did call better business burea about this issue and they will be calling me back i m surprise about how i m being done it makes me wonder how many other people is getting messed over over by them  ????? thank you and have a good day 🙂

I have an AT&T prepaid account that I have been keeping active since 2014 i have been paying into it quarterly... bu i have been on GUAM for 6 years... and already have $285.00 into it already and have not been able to go states side to even update sim.  The AT&T app and website is of no help as well it seams to no recognize me due to being on GUAM. Even with the sim in a phone.  Can someone out there please assist.

I want to keep my number when i do go stateside...
