AT&T isn’t offering uverse any longer 

Keep leaving posts that disappear. Now say my fam plan discount almost to end. NEVER HAD this. 

Salesman came to door and offered a bogus price both a in writing for cell and watch coverage. Even without phone payments. I am paying twice over Verizon. Have all his paperwork but no one helps. Chat nor customer service. Salesman ignores me. Now say fam plan is coming to an end. Never had it.

You’re posting in the U-verse TV forum and apparently your issue is with cellphone service.

Valid discounts on phone promotions, and on service do not start for 2 to 4 months. Trade-in credits do not start until 3 bills after your trade-in phone has been received.   

If you signed up for the elite plan and submitted documentation for the extra $10 per line discount, your documentation must be verified before you get the $10 off.

Your first bill has additional charges for the $30 per line activation fee, oh, you are also charged for more than one month service. Usually a partial months and then a full month. For this reason the first bill is always large. This second and third Bill are also going to be large.
