Issues logging in with the app
I am having to reset my password every day when using the app on my phone or iPad. Both the att app and the U-verse app. I get an error message that says the limit for unsuccessful sign in attempts has been reached and I am forced to reset my password. This happens every day. When I log in on the web, I don’t have any issues. What’s up with the apps?

To get started, please let us know if you're receiving an error code when you try to input your password. This will help us determine what further troubleshooting steps we'll need to take. Also, please try clearing the cache and cookies from the two devices this is happening on. There could be saved data on them that is interfering with you trying to login.
