Is there a direct email or phone line to talk to a higher up supervisor
( U VERSE ) I’ve had an on going issue with equipment fees,since February. I’ve returned the old equipment when the new arrived I’ve talked to probably close to 100 different people since then to promising it would’ve fixed, to not knowing what is going on, to it being fixed, a week later my account suspended, restored, now completely not working after speaking to 100s of different representatives, being transferred multiples times each call and then calling back about the issue and no documentation being put on my account about the previous call/chat. I’m tired of repeating the issue, I’m tired of my service not working even though I’ve paid my bill even while it was not working and returned the old equipment and then to have it shipped back to me and my internet is now not working at all! I homeschool my children and my all devices run off the internet! I spoke to ONE supervisor when the equipment I shipped off in February showed back up at my house in April! He promised the equipment fees would be dropped they would send a new box and label , I would have credit for the payments I made and I spoke with accounting and they restored my service today my service is not working at all, after contacting them all week about not receiving the return label and box!
This is unfair and outrageous!! I need to speak to someone who can actually fix this issue and get it fixed ASAP not give me false promises and add an extra $200’to my bill after it was already $140 more then normal!

2. No email. AT&T does not use email, you call.
3. File BBB complaint online. It's forwarded to AT&T upper management, they will call you.
