I hate AT&T Uverse

I had AT&T Uverse  (phone and internet) installed on April 26, 2014 and have nothing but trouble since then...I can't count the number of times I had not had a phone line or internet and have had to either have a repair man come out or been able to reset it myself.  I have had it with having to call At&T on a cell phone using my minutes because of the problems.  AT&T should be paying me for the time I have spent dealing with AT&T Uverse.  I am looking for a new phone and internet provider.

Maybe he hopes that his post will prevent some other poor soul from signing up with this piece of crap company. I have wasted numerous hours with their so called "customer care people" and have yet to get my issues resolved.  I don't like to waste time either but I take every opportunity I can to let the world know.

AT&T U-verse is not considering all resolution in a appropriate manner. Consumers need to petition to have most of these types of monopolies removed for consumers and give consumer's conglomerates

U-verse tries to increase it prices on a continuous bases, we as consumers have to contact investors and whoever, This company has got worse over the years in quality service and will not respond with quality unless a consumer is a business this is so sad.  We need good contact numbers to reach Customer care in our own country.  Thank You
