I cancelled my account over a year ago and now a collections agency is calling!!
I spoke with a representative in June of 2015 and requested that they cancel my services. It took 2 months for ATT to send me the box to ship the equipment back. Now over a year later I get a call from a collection agency saying I owe ATT over $200 after I cancelled the services! Everytime I call they cant even find my account.
