I have heard that one of the two BGW 320 models does have a potential flaw that may cause it to reboot after 24 hours of uptime.
Other gateways may retrain in response to network issues, but it shouldn't be consistent unless the network interference is consistent. Some Gateways reboot due to losing power briefly at a certain time.

What model modem/gateway do you have? How long have you had it? It may be time for a new one.
