Can you let us know specifically what it is about U-verse you're having a problem with?  It covers TV, Internet and phone service.  Is it all services or one and what problems are you having?  What are you calling abusive? Or are you just looking to vent?

Found out U-Verse was forcing a home phone line to receive internet at my 88 year old mother's home. Giving her 3.5 download and basic home phone service @ $102.00 per month. Then charging more than $70.00 for basic direct tv.
Want more??

I'm a customer like you. Sounds like your mom bought into a sales pitch.  Call customer service and see if you can get rid of what she doesn't want.  So you're saying her total bill is over $172.00 per month?  Does sound high.  As far as wanting more I don't care one way or another, I thought if you had a specific problem/issue we might be able to direct you somewhere to get it corrected.  Sounds like your only solution is going to be through customer service.

My mother was lied to and charged for items that were not the product that she wanted. This company is taking advantage of a senior citizen and something should be done.

We can take a look into your concern about your mother's account, Brock1.

We recommend that you or your mother create a new post with details about what's going on. This thread is over 4 years old and subject to being closed to further posting.

We'll be awaiting your response.
