How I can praise employee Melissa with elitecare in Chicago

I would like to praise Melissa with elitecare in Chicago.  I spoke with her on 12-10-20 around 6:10EST. I have been a long time customer but have been very frustrated trying to get answers and help.  She was a breath of fresh air - she went the extra mile - was helpful, caring and spoke where I could understand her.  I just want it noted that she is an excellent employee with great customer service skills.  Thank you for hiring her!  Rani Bailey - Albany. Today, I had the best customer service experience with ATT. This young man, Kyheen, in Chicago's, was awesome. He was patience, kind, empathic, and considerate. He actually took the time to explain every detail and question I through his way.  In my opinion, he should be headed toward management. When you have a person that can deal with everyday people and their bull crap, they should be promoted or given an incentive to continue to perform effective and efficiently.
