How else can we address Fraud and ID Theft

I have been on hold six(6) times, spoken with 5 reps in other departments. I have had wireless service for over fifteen (15) years. I have never had a U-verse account. I am a victim of ID Theft in 2019. I did a credit freeze then and filed a police report. 

I was notified by credit monitoring that a new collection account for over $1,000 has been reported by U-verse...service address is in Detroit MI...I have never lived there. Phone number and address not mine. 

 

All calls to U-verse Fraud are not answered. Hold for over hour. 

Is there any other method to report this???

Did you ever get anywhere with this?  I've spent the last 2 days trying to reach someone.
