I do not know what this video is proof of. I do not see the driver doing anything wrong.

The video was either taken by a cab driver or a bus driver since the lane is clearly marked "TAXI BUS ONLY". Is it legal for a commercial driver (taxi/bus) to video something while they are in motion?
OR was it taken with a drone? If that's the case, aren't there regulations to keep drones in the air and at a safe distance?
I agree that I didn't see the driver of the ATT vehicle putting anyone in danger. I have more issues with the circumstances surrounding the video!

The video may have been taken by a school bus because they have a camera mounted on the windshield to take a picture of vehicles who do not stop for the school bus. If it was in fact taken by the poster she should not be using a cell phone while driving. In that case she is more dangerous to the public then the AT&T Truck

I got a great laugh this morning when I tried to report an incident I witnessed yesterday directly to att and of course they don't want to hear it and the man from India hung up ion me because he had no clue what I was talking about. Just for the record I saw an att van on 8-30 license *** at 1030am acting out road rage with two separate vehicles north of hwy 54 and 805 and numbers on truck were ***. At least by posting this and trying to call my conscience is clean and it's on them when he eventually kills someone since they make it so difficult to report a problem

It seems that the person taking the video was riding a bike and had a helmet camera. And the AT&T driver did cut him off by turning right on a red light, almost running the bike over. I guess you have to have experience riding a bicycle in San Francisco to visualize this...

I want to complain about an AT&T driver in West Los Angeles CA, near the intersection of La Brea Avenue and Olympic Blvd. I got his license plate number. We were in a construction zone going from two lanes into one lane. Each lane took a turn letting a car go ahead. I let a bus go ahead of me. The AT&T driver, with his passenger, however, would not let me completely enter the lane as I moved halfway into it. Instead, the driver crossed the center line, went on the wrong side of the road and forced me to stop and not completely finish moving into the lane. Both the driver and passenger then mad-dogged me when I became upset. They should be given final warnings. I would not want these people working for my business. I can provide the California license plate number. J

In fact, you should always be careful when cycling, especially on a busy road. I recently switched from a car to an e-bike, this kind of transport is more comfortable for me. I always comply with traffic rules, and if someone violates them, then I try to notify the police about it. It doesn't matter to me who breaks the rules, the law is the same for everyone.
