How do i lower my bill and keep the same service?

As you know these are tough times. We switched from Spectrum to AT&T last year. We were very pleased with the change over. How can we now lower that bill down to where it was last year? I have lost my job due to health and our budget is 150.00 per month (minus movies). I know these are scary times to many, but I do not think we can stay with AT&T unless something changes> Can you help?

Rita, this is not AT&T support, we're a user supported forum to help others with various issues. Suggest that you call 800.288.2020 and say 'Cancel Service', which will route you to the Retentions department. These people have some latitude in helping customers remain with AT&T.
