How do I do vacation suspend on my U-Verse and keep my internet and telephone active during the same period. I have fiber optic service.

AT&T says I have to put all three into suspend.  Is that correct?

Put your account on Vacation Hold

"Have a combination of internet, phone, or U-verse TV service? You’ll have to put each one on hold."

Constructive is correct.  With AT&T you suspend the entire account or none of it; you cannot just suspend TV and leave other services active.

Thank you both for your responses. So can I put my U-Verse TV on a separate account and then temporarily suspend only the U-Verse account?

You cannot have separate accounts at the same address.

Additionally FYI, vacation suspension requires minimum of two months, still have a monthly charge for each service. I believe the charge is $7 per service per month per month.

With triple play of internet, phone, tv would be $21 per month. In my opinion the service is more designed for snow birds that spent several months each year in a different part of the country.

Of course you could cancel your Uverse IPTV service, return the DVR / receivers, then order DirecTv Stream when come back from your vacation.

then order DirecTv Stream

Another point for my thoughts in the competition to mention you should migrate from U-verse IPTV to DIRECTV STREAM.
