How do I contact upper management to file my complaint?

I have been contacting AT&T since August 2015 to have my Uverse cable and internet disconnected. It's been 4 months and still have not had my issue resolved. I called on 8/24/15 to cancel my cable and internet and sent the equipment back the same day. It shows in the at&t system that they received the equipment on 8/26/15. Yet I'm still being charged for cable and internet, and don't even have the equipment to connect. Not only that.... the area I moved to is out of the area that at&t services. I've called month after month to cancel these services and that i only want my cell service. But I'm still being billed. I need upper management to get this matter resolved!!!!!

You can send a private message to the escalation team at ATT Customer Care and someone will get in touch with you in two to three business days to help you get a resolution to your problems.

I spoke to your ATT Supervisor name ---, he is a nice guy to talk to and was able to take notes, but when I arrive home in the afternoon, I noticed my Internet were still not working right so I called again and got xxxx, SUPERVISOR.  She keeps stating matters that made me upset even though how many times I explained the so many ATT mistakes on the billing ATT ACCESS outragiously high charges on my ATT ACCESS on the first two months.  I explained that I had called ATT requesting for corrections, but no one did and now xxxx was so hard headed and too repetious on the penalty fees trying hard to scam me for money is so irritating [Please keep it courteous]. She made me and seems to enjoy irritating me even though I had already told her that I have heart problem that she is putting me in a very stressful condition with my yelling at her does not made her stop with her manipulating attitude of trying hard to make me pay a lot more money, but I insisted that she will not be able to make me pay more than my original bills for it was not my fault.

I’m having the same problem with AT&T. They are so corrupt. I’m filing a complaint with the BBB. I would like to contact an officer of the company and have him or her handle my complaint.

I didn’t realize this was an AT&T website. Of course no one is going to help you here.  I’m filing a complaint against the company AT&T will not help anyone.

I am a long term ATT (10+ years) customer with cable, mobile, and internet. In 2016, ATT performed digging in my front yard for the ATT GIGA lines. 

 

Since then, I have had serious problems with a drainage pipe that flows from my sump pump pit to the street, and I didn't know why. This exterior sump pump drains out excess ground water from an underground spring in the back yard near my pool, to the street. When this doesn't operate properly, water fills under my pool liner, disrupts the underlayment, and creates numerous raised creases (See attached pictures). This has happened repeatedly over the last two summers. As a result, the underlayment and liner now has permanent creases and protrusions and needs to be replaced.

 

Recently when the area backed up again, I hired a company to find out where the apparent obstruction was. They found it. You can see from the attached pictures that the pipe damage is exactly where the ATT cable was laid. That path broke my Sump pump line, and that sump pump has been backing up ever since. 

 

ATT is nearly impossible to get a hold of for help. The lack of service by ATT makes my stomach turn.
