How can I get help paying my past due amount

I am struggling and need help paying my past due amount for my kids to have something to watch can someone please help me

Hello there ! We would love to help you getting your service unsuspended. 

 

Now, when it comes to a suspension of service, either the full or the past due amount needs to be taken first in order for the service to be unsuspended. If you are making the past due payment, the service will automatically unsuspend with in 15min to 4hours of the payment confirmation. 

 

When it comes to payment arrangements however, you will need to have the account unsuspended first, before we can make that payment arrangement. 

 

With that being said, we are going to get you over to an  AT&T U-Verse TV Specialist and they will be able to help you.
