Horrible customer service
I switched from Comcast to direct tv satellite. I signed up they made all these promises as in I could get nba league pass for a promotion price of $99 and split into monthly payments on my bill. I ended up getting charged the full $200 on my bill then told they couldn’t change it and I’d get a credit on my bill but no 3 months later and no credit. Now I just lost my job Falling on hard times and I had a auto payment set up that ended up being returned and they won’t work with me on a payment arrangement. I never had this many issues with Comcast’s and I should have never switched just to try to save a few bucks. I’m so disappointed. I’ve never been treated this badly by a company before.
