HELP!! Att/directtv separate logins

Been on the phone 2 days! Had to reboot my inverse box and my login is my current gmail address. My box turns on then goes to this directtv stream login screen, the login is my swbell.net email I have no access to, don’t know security Q answers to, I’ve tried it all! Called ATT, direct tv, transferred over and over for HOURS! How hard is it for them to override and update my email associated with the directtv or combine them! I can’t even use my tv at all because I cannot get passed this screen!
