Forced to reset my Password every time I log in
I have had this issue for some time now and today I can't take it anymore.
I am very careful to type my username and password carefully each time I attempt to log in. After the first attempt each time I receive an error that my account has been locked for too many unsuccessful log-in attempts. I only tried once! I used the automatic system to reset my password using the same password and the system states the change was successful. I then log in using the new password and get the same error message that there have been too many unsuccessful attempts. This occurs no matter what I try... same password, new password, simple password, complex passwords.
I know I am entering my username correctly and I know I am entering my password correctly. Occurs in both Chrome and IE.
Sometimes it allows me to log in however most of the time I get stuck in the log-in reset loop.
Apparently, AT&T doesn't want to get paid.

we're here to help. Is the option remember me, checked in your login screen? Let's first start with clearing your cookies and cache , as well as checking if the issue occurs using the MYAT&T app. We look forward to your reply.

This also occurs using the app, this occurs whether I clear cookies or not and it occurs when I'm on a private (remember me) or public computer.
