FIBER OPTIC STREET INSTALLATION

The past coupe of weeks i have been seeing men digging holes in front of houses and installing some sort of box pertaining to some Optic ATT, cable. 

I had no problems until they came to my house and destroyed the grass along  my drive way to install such box,.

They also broke the cement driveway in front of my home. Cracked it where they were digging,

I received No note regarding what they did, no apologies for breaking the driveway. Nothing was sent to me by mail nor email. I received absolutely nothing regarding their return to fix what ATT had broken.

I need to know who I need to call, claim to or who needs to contact ME. I've tried several numbers and it leads nowhere or it just leads to disconnection.

My Driveway needs to be fixed immediately, and correct.

Please guide me so i can resolve this.
