False PPV on Eldelry Parents Bill

My Dad is 87 with dementia, doesn't know how to use remote.  Mom is 84 and I set it up so she selects from favorites only.  AT&T charged them $60 for boxing match on December 13.  It's just not right to do this to people.  I called customer service and they would do nothing about it.  So sad.

Hey there Hate_PPV_Scam, we want to help. Let’s meet in a Direct Message to discuss the Pay Per View charge on your parents' account. Please check your Direct Message Inbox (it’s the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums).

Thanks for the offer, I was able to get it resolved yesterday.  I called AT&T January 22nd and it was not a good experience.  I set up a Twitter account yesterday and sent a message to ATTBusinessCare.  They were very pleasant to work with and resolved the issue.

I did ask for the date, time, and receiver it was requested from and they could not provide it.  Maybe that was the question I should have asked on January 22nd.

I'm just glad it is resolved and at the end of the day thank AT&T for removing the charge.  My parents need to be spending money on food and prescriptions.
