Error in Claims Login to Showtime Anytime

I am a uverse subscriber with showtime.  whenver I attempt to start Showtime anytime from any computer, browser, tablet etc, showtime refers to the following URL

https://loginprodx.att.net/commonLogin/igate_edam/login.do

the result is "Bad Request"

I use the same credentials to login to my att account successfully. I trust the device through multi-factor auth text to phone. The issue is clearly with the integration of the auth handshake/claim back to showtime.  Please verify.  If we cannot solve this, I will simply end my uverse service and contract direct with the content providers
