Yes, I was given that number and told to select "option 2" and then say "Loyalty" and I would be directed to someone in the Loyalty department. However calling that number doesn't give you the option to select "option 2" in order to even say "Loyalty". Then, after spending almost 45 minutes and being transferred to five different people, I was connected to someone in the "Loyalty department" I could barely hear. Since I couldn't hear her, and she kept speaking at the same time I was, I asked for a number to call her back. She gave me (866)595-1331, which gives me a recording saying that number is no longer active.
Everything about AT&T support is designed to take a huge amount of time I DISPUTE MY BILL < It has RIDICULOUS restoral fees and although i have been told i will be credited for them I NEVER HAVE RECEIVED THE CREDIT, I AM DONE with this TERRIBLE company

This has been nothing but a huge runaround.
