Can anyone tell me how I dispute charges on my final bill?

Let's get you the assistance you need with your bill, @tamihayden1968.

In order to receive billing assistance, you'll need to contact our customer service line at 1(800)288-2020. From there, you should be able to speak with an agent who will be more than happy to discuss your final bill with you.

Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns, and thanks for reaching out on the AT&T Community Forums!

Yes, I was given that number and told to select "option 2" and then say "Loyalty" and I would be directed to someone in the Loyalty department. However calling that number doesn't give you the option to select "option 2" in order to even say "Loyalty". Then, after spending almost 45 minutes and being transferred to five different people, I was connected to someone in the "Loyalty department" I could barely hear. Since I couldn't hear her, and she kept speaking at the same time I was, I asked for a number to call her back. She gave me (866)595-1331, which gives me a recording saying that number is no longer active.

This has been nothing but a huge runaround.
