DISATISFIED CUSTOMER ACCT.
WHEN I HAD AT&T UVERSE INSTALLED, I WAS QUOTED A MONTHLY RATE OF $117.54 -- I REC'D A STATEMENT FOR MORE THAN $175 -- I WAS PAYING THAT MUCH WITH SPECTRUM THAT'S WHY I SWITCHED -- THERE'S NO WAY I CAN AFFORD $175/MONTH -- I WAS TOLD BY A SUPERVISOR EARLY ON THAT I WOULD RECEIVE SOME COMPENSATION ON MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF ALL THE PROBLEMS I HAVE EXPERIENCED SINCE AT&T UVERSE WAS INSTALLED -- HE TOLD ME LATER THAT YOUR BILLING DEPT. WOULD CONTACT ME ABOUT THIS DISCREPENCY -- I HAVE HEARD FROM NO ONE. I AM DISABLED AND LIVE ON SS -- DO I HAVE TO HAVE THIS POOR SERVICE PULLED? I WAS TRYING TO SAVE MONEY BUT AT&T IS TRYING TO CHARGE ME THE SAME AS I WAS PAYING SPECTRUM. I WOULD HAVE FOUND ANOTHER SUPPLIER HAD I NOT BEEN QUOTED $117.54 --
ALSO -- CAN'T FIND A LIST OF PAST CALLER ID CALLS --
ALSO -- IS THERE A WAY TO KEEP THE CALLER ID DISPLAYED LONGER? AS I SAID, I AM DISABLED AND BY THE TIME I GET TO THE TV THE ID IS GONE
ALSO -- WHEN I SEARCH, FOR EXAMPLE, THE INCREDIBLE DR. POL, I ONLY GET UPCOMING PROGRAMS -- I USED TO BE ABLE TO VIEW OLDER PROGRAMS --
PLEASE RESPOND TO ALL OF THESE ISSUES -- THANK YOU
PS -- IN ATTEMPT TO BILL ME YOUR CHARGE OF $175 WOULD OVERDRAW MY ACCOUNT -- NO MONEY WAS TO BE TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT UNTIL THE 5TH OR 6TH OF THE MONTH -- IT IS PENDING WITH MY BANK AND I HAVE PLACED A DISPUTE ON THIS AMOUNT.

YOU WILL NEED TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO INQUIRE ABOUT YOUR BILL. THIS IS A PEER-TO-PEER FORUM AND WE ARE CUSTOMERS JUST LIKE YOU. YOU CAN ASK FOR "RETENTIONS" AND THREATEN TO CANCEL.
CALLER ID HISTORY IS AVAILABLE ON CHANNEL 9900 "PHONE SERVICES"
THERE IS NO OPTION TO EXTEND THE TIME THAT CID STAYS ON THE SCREEN
THE "SEARCH" FEATURE WILL SEARCH INTO THE NEXT 14 DAYS. IF A PROGRAM IS NOT BEING SHOWN IN THE NEXT 14 DAYS, IT WILL NOT SHOW UP.
