disaster relief from home fire

house fire destroyed uverse equipment - you said you'd waive equipment fees but now have turned me over to collections - what gives??

You should have included the Uverse equipment on your insurance claim. 

 

If your insurance claim is not settled and is still pending, see if you can add it to the list of lost items.
