DIrect TV account TRACKING

Per your instructions I packed the required equipment in the box provided by DTV, affixed the return postage paid label provided and presented the package to the Ponchatoula, LA post office Dec. 2, 2022 at 2:16pm.  See tracking number on Subject line.  The last tracking update available is Dec. 4 @10:32am.

My attempts to resolve this issue have been unsuccessful.  Perhaps your attempts with the Memphis post office will produce a successful delivery of your equipment to you.
