customer service

WHY does AT&T hire foreigners who can hardly speak English to man customer service ?  It is shame the Co cares so little about their customers that they put us thru the ordeal of trying to understand the stammering so called English they attempt to utter. I keep my wife so we both can try to decipher what thy say. We know thy work for way less than US workers BUT IS THE CUSTOMER THAT IS BEING SCREWED

I have a tel no of an att employee who I can call who takes care of
business I have a no that reaches her desk
and she speaks American English ,Are you really interested in knowing how
sorry it is to try to get anything done talking to your foreign employees
.Why don't you call them . You did not answer why att hires them ,you and I
know it's the money and you think its OK screw the customer .I sure a lot
of people have the same problem. Even AXA where I have an IRA has these
foreigners in customer service. getting back to ATT screw up I had an order
to have internet install a person was to come but never showed up no call
nothing well ATt canceled my account . Well the gal got it taken care of
but i am without my internet for 3 weeks

I would disagree with this.  Don't get me wrong I HATE at&t right now because of some of their decisions concerning u-verse but their customer support people are pretty good.  I've never had an issue with them.  My issues are with the company itself.

Of course the issue is with AT&T and there decisions which we view as
stupid. I doubt if these people read what we write I view Co's that hire
foreigners in customer service as a stupid decision

That’s okay then. Atleast I was able to release my frustration 🙂. I will give them a call first thing in the morning.
