customer service
I Have been a ATT customer for about 3 years and I have not had a single issue resolved in that time. The last 8mts of my service I could not log into my account. I have been waiting on a call back since January. My bill keep going up and I can not log in to change anything but they made sure they took there money from my account every month. I looked at my account today and without warning they took $500 for some receivers. This company has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Thanks ATT
