Customer service is awful 😔

I tried to upgrade my phone.

There were so many fees connected to upgrading the phone. Each time I call customer service I was routed to the wrong person over and over again.

It literally took me days to even get to a customer service representative. Once I did get someone on the phone, after waiting literally 40 50 minutes it was the wrong person. I called a couple days and AT&t phone lines were busy.

I have never been so frustrated with AT&t in the more than 15 years that I've been with them,  then I have been in the past couple months. Talking to the customer service representative was useless.

I could actually hear a dog barking in the background of one of customer representative.

YOU AT&T NEED TO DO BETTER!!!! OMG!!

Yes people are working from home so the occasional dog barking or child crying is not uncommon keep in mind this was thrust upon us and most are not prepared for an office in home
