customer service compliment for loyalty program agent
This is NOT a complaint or a question. This month (without any alert or message) my Promotion on AT&T Uverse was removed. This plus the increase in the base price added a substantial amount to my bill (since I have AT&T phone, internet AND Uverse). I dreaded having to make a call to AT&T loyalty program because it is usually "painful" in promises made and not kept (requiring additional phone calls until you find someone who knows what they are talking about and follows through with what they tell you). I was ready to switch phones to Verizon, TV and Internet back to Cox.
THIS TIME when I placed the call to the loyalty program I WAS AMAZED. Jade explained everything.....sorted out everything....followed through on everything....AND I AM SHOCKED AND THRILLED. The bill was IMMEDIATELY UPDATED (I didn't have to wait months which is the usual protocol and make additional calls when the credits never show up) Jade, an agent in your loyalty program ,was professional, understanding, and EXTREMELY truthful. AND she did everything she said she would. WOW! Guess I will be keeping AT&T thanks to Jade.
I did not receive a "SURVEY" so I thought I would make sure that someone at AT&T could at least thank Jade for representing your company so competently.
