Credit balance/adjustment

I was given a promotion of paying balance in full and getting a 50% credit adjustment since Att kept charging me for incorrect fees.. I’m still waiting for that credit adjustment and now am being told if I don’t pay remaining balance that my services will be suspended.. 

why is everything such a battle with Att I’ve been having nothing but issues and am extremely frustrated as they disconnect my services over their error..
