Cooking Tips 😵

I have AT&T UVerse U 200. I called yesterday to get my free HBO cancelled before I start getting billed the high price of 26 dollars a month for it. I talked to a customer service representative for over 30 minutes and then got disconnected while I was on hold. This man told me his life story with cooking tips added and kept said he was having trouble getting this done for me.I was polite to him but I felt like he was stalling untill I gave up.I called again today and this lady got it done in less then five minutes.
