Contract changes

CONTRACT CHANGES NOT AGREED TO BUT ARBITRARILY LISTED ON CONFIRMATION EMAIL…I recently accepted some promotions on my direct tv account and received an email summary that indicates i agreed to a new 24 month contract which is simply not true and thankfully I also recorded my entire conversation with direct tv to prove this … I need confirmation that my original 24 month contract was not changed in any way.  Has this ever happened to anyone reading this?
