Confirmation all equipment returned
How do I get confirmation from AT&T that all the equipment that was supposed to be returned has in fact been returned? I never got a list of my equipment that should be returned.
I got an email from AT&T listing what they received, but it didn't say it was all that should have been returned.

Good morning Mr.Rusk!
At this time I am unable to provide an email or letter to you stating that we have received your equipment.
Although, you will have these messages stating that you have been told you no longer owe any equipment besides the modem you are currently using for internet services.
The serial numbers for the two receivers we have are M91152EKC040 & 175904371.

I returned equipment at UPS store on 2/28/22. I sent five receivers and all cords and remotes. I received an email that they had received the main dvr/receiver. I'm concerned about the other equipment. How do I followup?

Hi kporter1177, we'd be happy to address your inquiry about your returned equipment.
Since it's only been 1 week since you dropped off your equipment, we recommend giving our system more time to process everything. If you end up getting an email that says you didn't return a piece of equipment, then reach out and let us know so we can look into it.
