Compliment a customer service rep
I am wondering where I can send a compliment for a customer service rep at the Michigan Call center. I had been dealing with issues with my uverse transfer for over two weeks and Jenny ([edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]) was finally able to give me correct answers and help me with my service. I would like to commend her on her work.

You can send a private message to the escalation team at ATT Customer Care and someone will get in touch with you in two to three business days and they can let that person that helped you know.
To check for their reply, click the little blue envelope.

I contacted DTV on Saturday re: my bill. I just went through Hurricane Michael here in the Panhandle of Florida (see below), and experienced outages of services. plus the stress that comes with a natural disaster! Jose (125444) in the Arizona Call Center was very kind and extremely patient! Jose was very pleasant to talk with and expressed genuine concern and empathy for my situation. As a call center employee myself, I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to understand my pain and attempt to help the situation in any way that he could! I feel Jose is the type of employee that Direct TV/AT&T should focus on acquiring more of in the future. Jose is a young man who I feel will only grow stronger in his knowledge and skill as he continues to work with your company, and he has a very promising future with the company! Thank you Jose! You really brightened my day and made me feel that there are still caring people in the world! Peace and Light to you.

On Sep 20th at the At&T store in Skokie (5233 W. Touhy) I received wonderful assistance from Tony, Gabriel and Rich. They were very informative and professional. A pleasure to work with.
On Oct 1st my installation went smoothly and the technician AL did a great job.

This is most definitely NOT leaving good feed back for ATT in fact I wouldn't wish ATT on my worst NIGHTMARE!!! There are all stores that are not corporate who are encouraged to run their store like a used car lot where a commission is made but they don't have repeat customers because most of the things coming out of their mouths are all and i mean ALL LIES!! They are telling people "oh the discount will come off the next bill just wait it will I PROMISE" and then when it doesn't and you go in for the restocking fee and a different phone they say its been over 30 days so you can't trade it in anymore...... LIES and manipulation!! Watches buy one get one free that don't have to have plans they will just only work paired to your phone .... FOR 9 (Edited per community guidelines) MONTHS I have paid full price or buy one get one HALF off for these watches PLUS I am bill 28$ a piece for the (Edited per community guidelines) service that doesn't even work because they didn't set it up on the watch because I didn't need to have the service THAT U HAVE TO HAVE IF THEY ARE FINANCED!!! 100 hours on the phone 10 hours driving back and forth to stores and 17 hours in store ONLY TO HAVE NOTHING FIXED and be told there is NO WAY TO FIX it AT ALL unless I RUIN my credit and just say (Edited per community guidelines) THEM!! There is no one allegedly above the loyalty department but SOMEONE who owns ATT should at least be warned about what their "contracted" stores are doing to RUIN their name! Because I WILL spend at least 3x that amount of time letting EVERYONE and I MEAN EVERYONE know ALL about my (Edited per community guidelines) NIGHTMARE experience with ATT!! IF YOU HATE SOMEONE AND I MEAN REALLY REALLY REALLY HATE SOMEONE I suggest telling them to switch to ATT and get on a 36 month contract with this FRAUDULENT, LIEING, INCONSIDERATE (Edited per community guidelines) who clear don't care at all about their customers! DON"T GET ME WRONG the costumer service reps are very pleasant, always try to help, and always say something that contradicts what the last one said! which means that CORPERATE ATT is to blame for this they are ill trained with their hands tied behind their back basically stealing food from your childrens mouths and not giving a (Edited per community guidelines) because you cant get someone from your feed back response to call you back no matter how many times you file a complaint with means to me that ME, MY FAMILY, and MY SERVICE mean NOTHING to them except they are getting more money Don't get me wrong I have 6 phones and 4 watches on my account none of which were supposed to have a payment over 10$ a month and instead my phone bill for the last nine months has been more than my house payment and ALL my other utilities put together because either "they need to transfer me (which is usually when I get hung up on) OR "their is nothing they can do about it" REALLY I'll BE STRAIGHT UP my phone bill was supposed to total $433 and instead it is 1200$ (Edited per community guidelines) DOLLARS A MONTH and i was supposed to keep waiting for the dicounts that never NEVER happen!!! The last call they transfered the to DIRECT TV yes i did say DIRECT (Edited per community guidelines) TV HOW R THEY TO HELP ME WITH MY ATT BILL oh what Hannah worker #HM488 from the TELEVISION company is contacting the loyalty department for me out of the kindness of her heart. And I hope and pray she gets commended from either company for her effort but I'm almost sure they will delete this so no one knows the truth about them but I'm paying 4 children 1$ every time they copy and past this to a review site so good luck keeping up on the deleting before anyone sees it because for the rest of 30 months of my contract until I am repaid for what is 1500$ for the time i spent if i was getting paid $15 an hour to talk on the phone for 100 hours like they get paid because I have 4 kids and am taking 18 credit hours for school to get a job decent enough to make ends meet while living off my husbands single income to do all this!!!! I give ATT a -200 in star or point review

I had the BEST experience, in a very long time, with your rep, Rohit, in your support dept. I had upgraded my wifi, internet, landline due to years of problems of connection, phone cutting out and adding too many apps, so i had to do upgrades. Rohit was very patient with me explaining in detail how each item worked. I bet we spent almost 2 hours on the phone. So much information! Anyway, many kudos to Rohit for spending so much time with me on September 1, 2022. He's an asset to AT&T; patient, knowledgeable, very kind, and could understand him wonderfully! He's a "keeper".
