Closed Account

Hi, 

I am trying to pay an account that is closed. I have the account number and zip code and even verified it with an AT&T rep (who was able to access my account with the account number provided) but when I try to pay without signing in it says it can't find the information. I know i can just pay with the rep but its more convenient for me to pay online and not wait on hold.
