Charge is for wrong person
Hello AT&T manager I called before few months ago and promised to be removed it. Let me tell you what is exactly happened. I moved to a condo around September 2022. The condo association provided the cable tv. It’s included in my association fees. Then the association changed At&T to Xfinity for reasons. I have nothing to do with it. Why you charge me. It could be mistaken to put this period of cable and internet on my personal account. Please contact the association and solve with them this invoice. I am sure they don’t know you put me on a personal account. So I did pay already my dues through the association. Currently you are asking to pay this period. I am quite sure a mistake from At&T employee didn’t understand the deal of such contracts. If your employee put in my personal account is wrong. Please contact the association for such invoice. You are just waive the charge. Many thanks. Please confirm about such letter. Thanks.

Did you actually call and cancel? The final month is not prorated. If you were in a contract you will get early termination fees.
