Change my bill amount after 2 months on a year agreement

I was told to reach out over and over to numbers and noone help solved my issue which was  caused by Att not me.

I called in to get a lower plan and was given one for a year. two months later my plan was higher than what i was given for a year

You might get a discount for a year, but there is no price guarantee. Per increasing costs from networks, there is an annual price adjustment. Since it is January, it is quite possible the bill change is just that adjustment that happens once a year. To be sure, you would need to compare the prior bill to the current one.

If you were to share the line items of the bill, those in the community could help clarify if the annual price adjustment is what happened or something else. Otherwise, you will need to call AT&T as this is a public forum, not official support.
