Can’t sign on to U-verse app on firestick

I have tried to sign on to my U-verse app on firestick and it keeps telling me that I’m using the wrong credentials. I have used the same sign on credentials that work on the U-verse app on my iPhone. I have also set up a sub account in my account and those credentials don’t work either. Help!
