Cannot log into U-Verse app

I recently moved, and AT&T screwed up and didn't transfer the TV portion of my account to my new address.  There was no fix for this except to cancel my account and create a whole new tv and internet account.  My username has remained the same.  However, the U-Verse app no longer works.  I'm getting an error message when I sign in: "Logging in with this AT&T Access ID is no longer supported.  Please log in with your U-Verse Member ID.  If you haven't created a U-Verse member ID, please visit att.com/my to create one.  SCode: 1301."  I can log in fine with my Member ID on the website and with the Smart Home app, it's just the U-Verse app which won't work anymore.  I already tried deleting the app and downloading again, nothing is helping.

Use our help and solutions guide to troubleshoot the U-verse app and get signed in. Follow the steps under the section titled How to fix your Mobile app from my Smartphone or Device.

 

If that doesn't help, we recommend creating a new member ID to use for the app.

I am having the same issue.  I have contacted support and they have not been able to help.  I also created a new I’d and password and am still having the same issues.

We can address your issue with the U-verse app as well, Tallen48035.

 

Logging in with your U-verse Member ID should work, not your access ID.

  1. Go to Profile and then Account Users.
  2. If you have more than one account, select the U-verse TV or Internet account.
  3. Below Member ID info, find your Member ID

If that doesn't work, you'll want to remove the 3rd Party Access ID from your account.

 

We're working on a solution to fix the app, but we don't have an estimated resolution time right now. Feel free to check in at a later time for an update. If you need help with anything else, let us know.

Fix the (Edited per community guidelines)ed app...it's been having issues for several months now and it it's an included part of my Uverse-TV service, I expect a credit on each bill until it's resolved.
