Cannot log in the U-verse app
I attempt to log into the U-verse app and I get the message:
Login Error
The U-verse service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.
I’ve been getting this for months. Tried to contact support through Chat, but wait times are long so AT&T won’t connect.
Has anybody else experienced that message?

Let's get you logged back into the U-Verse app, @tmglusich2.
As it currently stands, there's a known issue with the login process on the app, and your Access ID may not always work. To bypass this, it's advised that you try logging in with your Member ID. Doing so should allow you to login to the app without issue.

You can check the app version through the store on your phone. Please also try our suggestion in our last post, and let us know if it works.
