cancelling my U-Verse TV
I want to cancel my Uverse tv service. I have called twice. The first call on September 29 was 47 minutes and ended with a supervisor telling me there was a "glitch" in their system and they could not cancel my service and someone would call me back in a week with a confirmation number. Still no call from them. My second call to ATT was yesterday, Oct 12. I spoke with someone for 58 minutes. Again the call ended with him saying my service could not be cancelled and someone would definitely call me back in 24 hours. That should have been by noon today. Still no call. My service is bundled to my internet. Looks like I need to call Spectrum and set up new internet provider and cancel my credit card. What happened to customer service?
