Cancelled service and would not prorate bill
I cancelled my Directv service and asked that it be cancelled immediately and that the bill be prorated accordingly. I was told that this could not be done. I don't understand why.

Final bills are not pro-rated and haven't been for a few years.
You can post in the DirecTV forum but you'll get the same answer.
