Cancelation confirmation.

I canceled my uverse account today.  I was asked when do I want  to do this and I said "immediately."  I haven't received an email with the cancelation information as of yet.  When will I receive the cancelation notice and information about returning the at@t equipment I have?

On my account management page the  total balance hasn't been prorated. Will it be? Or am I stuck paying for a service I no longer use?  The person I talked to said my prorated bill will be $10.00.  Is that before the current balance that is viewable right now?  Or is that the next months billing cycle.

They don’t prorate the final month. You take the equipment to a fedex or ups along with your account number and they will pack and ship it at no cost to you.

I'm going to return the equipment right now. The UPS store is still open. But when am I going to receive a cancelation notice?  Does that take 24/48 hours to process?

No clue when you get a cancellation notice my quiets would be at the end of the billing cycle after the final bill is paid.
