Can you explain this rate increase?

AT&T always agreed with us and a few month later, charge more.  I can't find an email address of AT&T.  If you know how, please email me at ***@gmail.com, or foward this email to AT&T customer service for me.  I do not wish to spen too much time with their representative who most of the times cannot resolve it.

I talked to Alex, Supervisor on 12/04/18 who agreed that I would have a special price for one year $64.49 TV + $40 Internet = total 104.49 for acct xxxx56471, or I quit.  However, my bill dated 02/09/19 showed a $6 unilateral increase by AT&T, and that is not as what we agreed.  AT&T, please stop jamming addl charge to customers.  You kept trying to do that all the times.  Please include this communication in my account and fix it.  Also send me an email address that I can reply to you to include this communication.

Please adj your billing from $110.49 to $104.49 as agreed for one year.

Thanks

First you are posting to a peer-to-peer forum, not directly to att.

Second, if you look at your bill closely you will see your promo discounts are still there.  Your promo is a discount off the current rates, whatever the current rates are at any point in time, and not an absolute bottom line price (which it never is because of taxes anyway).  The current rates went up in February (as they always do) so your total will increase accordingly.

Thank you for your reply.

However, in order to keep me as a customer, Alex, the supervisor agreed to
keep the net price at $104.49 for 1 year based on our conversation on
12/04/18. So, we agreed on the net price 104.49 a month which included
64.49 for Direct TV and $40.00 for internet. If you increase the price
$6.00 a month, then you have to adjust your discount $6.00 more in order to
get to the net price $104.49 a month. That $104.49 was the net agreed
price from AT&T. Please go back to the recorded tape of our conversations
and verify that.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter. I have
spent so much unnecessary time to fight with AT&T on this same issue and I
am not very happy about it.

Thanks
