Billing Problem

Reference:  Account Number (Edited as per community guidelines)  (William T (Edited as per community guidelines), (Edited as per community guidelines)

We have made the attempt several times to change our new address (Edited as per community guidelines) but i am not smart enough to figure out your system.  Since your bill was not forwarded timely we were charged a late fee, with which I do not agree.  


Please advise ([email scrubbed]) who I can contact to resolve this matter

You'll need to call 800.288.2020 for further assistance. They can change your address on file and address any billing concerns you have.
