Billing delayed
My billing period ending 8/21/20.
As of today, 9/4/20, I cannot see what my current bill is.
Nobody from AT&T can give me an answer as to why the bill is delayed.
They just say the system is updating, but this has been the answer for 6 days in a row.

I have logged onto my account every day since 8/25 and the balance due is 0.00, ZERO.
The most recent statement shown is 6/21-7/20.
No mention of the 7/21-8/20 bill.

Which AT&T service are you concerned with?

I explained my problem adequately.
Both of these responses have not answered anything.

I was told it has something to do with a change to taxes. I think he said state taxes. I am guessing this may be specific to Texas. Where are you located?

They also said they will be providing a grace period for payments.

They said they would provide a grace period for postpaid services (like U-Verse, DirecTV, internet, and postpaid wireless), but not for prepaid services (like AT&T TV, AT&T TV Now, and prepaid wireless). That's why I asked which AT&T service you are asking about - they are not all treated the same.

OK - you've posted to the wrong forum. This one is for AT&T TV, which as I said uses a different billing model - so the people here are unlikely to have any useful info for you. Moving thread to a U-Verse forum - hopefully the people there will be able to give you suggestions.
