Why does my bill continue to increase when I have made No changes in my plan !

Have you looked at your bills? 

Not just at the line items (which can be helpful), but also at the messages.  For example, the ones that are on the bill each December that tell you that there's going to be a price increase next month and on what packages it will apply to.  Here, let me share the one off my December bill:

By the way, my bread costs more... I'm still buying the same size of the same brand.  I'm still buying the same gasoline, but it's more expensive.  I could go on.  It's called inflation.

Mine jumped $10 in one month, and it happened to be the same month that I had almost NO service the entire month. I lost count of the calls I made to customer service, I was in one store three times, another store once. Finally, I was told they were doing service in the area and it would be completed by the end of the month. That was after a manager in the one store tried to sell me a new phone, a rep in another store did the same thing, I only had one person who attempted to work with my current phone, and he was the one who told me they were working in the area. Now my “out of date” phone is back working fine. But my bill is $10 higher! I have been a customer of AT&T Cell since my first bag phone, so much for loyalty!
